For Episode 3... I went to the 6th SAFEST COUNTRY in the WORLD... Rwanda🇷🇼

With its big dreams of becoming the Singapore🇸🇬 of Africa, and its incredible progress the past two decades... now is the time to Visit Rwanda™

My verdict? - Rwanda🇷🇼 is amazing!

It was my first ever week in Kigali and I was blown away! 🤯

🫂 On my first day I was warmly welcomed by the Tech Connect Africa community at a meetup, and I made my first ever friends here in Kigali.

👨🏾‍💻 On my second day I visited Africa's biggest hub for entrepreneurship, Norrsken, and I made even more friends!!

🏀 On my third day, I attended the Basketball Africa League Innovation Summit, and heard from ex-NBA players talking about sports, tech and entertainment.

🎓 On the last day, I completed my bucket list by getting a guided tour around The African Leadership University , and Carnegie Mellon University Africa campuses (arguably Africa's best universities).

The best part about our time at Carnegie Mellon University Africa is that we arrived with no plans of doing a tour since we didn't know anyone at the university and had no appointment... but due to perfect timing (and some sweet-talking) we ended up getting a tour and were accompanied by a CMU university professor, and with the Founder & CEO of Victory Farms, an Africa aquaculture tech startup that's raised over $35 million USD to scale their technology-enabled fish farming solution from Rwanda to sub-sahran Africa!

Overall, Kigali is super clean, organised, secure, with hardworking and productive citizens.

I can actually see myself living in Kigali permanently!

I see a great future for Rwanda🇷🇼
